Complete automatic unit for pocket hemming, combining top productivity with the best sewing quality. Belt fabric feeding with pressure and speed control, automatic thread cutter, quick folder change and auto alignment of the belt feeder device. Available in two versions: PH200CH-SIP, with a 3-needle chain stitch sewing head (Kansai), and PH200LS-SIP, with a 2-needle lock stitch sewing head (Brother). UAM 01 — Pocket Setter
Automated unit with a patented Italian sewing head to attach the pocket, which does not need to be pre-ironed. The speed can be used for big productions, but can also be adapted to small productions. Lasers help the operator to perfectly place and align the fabric, while a vacuum system with blades folds the pocket automatically. It can also sew labels and collar bones, and a new application allows sewing the pocket together with its flap. Working area of 35x35cm, ideal for working clothes pocket attachments.
